New Patients in Greenville SC
When you walk into our Greenville SC chiropractic office, you’ll feel like you’re walking into a home. We have a wall of stars with our chiropractic success stories written on them. A picture frame wall features images of our patients doing all the things they love such as climbing, hiking, playing with their dogs, running, and paddleboarding. You’re the center of everything we do, and that’s clear from the moment you step in.
You’ll see your name written on a board when you walk in. We’re excited to see you and have been waiting for you. Ashley, a member of our front desk staff, will warmly greet you.
How to Prepare in Greenville SC
We ask that you complete our new patient information and health history form before your appointment, if possible. Wear comfortable clothing and plan on spending about an hour with us for your initial appointment.
First Visit
You’ll first meet with your case manager to discuss what has brought you in. Then, you’ll meet with Dr. LaBelle to talk about your priorities and health concerns. We want to know what your goals are and what your issue has been keeping you from doing. To find the source of your problem, we’ll do a 3D posture analysis in front of a mirror so that you can see what we see. We’ll also complete an examination with the appropriate testing.
Most patients have 3D, full spine X-rays and motion X-rays taken. If needed, we can complete a digital posture analysis or digital range of motion analysis. It’s important that we take our time to look over your results so that we know how best to help you.
Your Second Visit
When you return, we’ll have all the information you’ve been waiting for. We’ll explain what we found in your examination and how that compares to what the ideal state is. Your X-rays and other studies will be reviewed. You’ll have the entire process of your care laid out for you so that you know what we’ll do to get you back to your chosen activities. Your plan may involve
- Chiropractic adjustments
- Active rehabilitation exercises
- Balance training
- Coordination training
- Strength training
- The use of supports such as a pillow or orthotics
We’ll also review all financial information with you, going over any insurance coverage that you may have and making sure that you know what to expect moving forward. This appointment takes about 30 minutes.
Ongoing Visits
When you return for follow-ups, you’ll be here for about 15 minutes from when you walk in to when you leave. We want to make sure you can get in for the care you need, then get on with your day.

Our Educational Opportunities
The word “doctor” is derived from a Latin word that means “to teach.” We take our role as educators seriously. We’re always giving our patients handouts and spending time with them to teach them about how to take better care of themselves. Our new patients are welcomed to our workshop called Better Results, Faster, which will teach you about how to get the most from your care.
